Michael Raines says: I purchased my 1956 Thunderbird on June 16, 2004, and it made the trip from Pensacola to Memphis with flying colors. As originally registered by Arthur Ash III: This 1956 Thunderbird has a 292 V-8 engine, 3-speed manual transmission and a white hardtop with portholes. It is in good, well-maintained condition. As of March, 2004 it was for sale on ebay and located in Pensacola, Florida. UPDATE January 2014, Dick Rozum reports it is for sale at the Mecum Auction near Orlando, Florida. (new picture on file)
