Ron May says that he saw this car sometime in the '70's at George Drouin's castle south of Paris. He was retired former president of Mobiloil France. This was part of a small collection including other 55-57 birds, Corvette, Talbot, etc. At the time he was considering repatriation of the birds, I don't know if that happened. This one was tan with tan & white interior, 2 tops (Mickey Mouse port holes in the hard top), 3 speed (overdrive ?), export model, rusty, side chrome, holes in dash, bumper exhaust exits filled in and chromed, trim along whole lower edge of car, 5 wire wheel covers.
