This 1956 Thunderbird is documented as "For Sale" in the Nov-Dec 1986 edition of Early Bird Magazine on page 45. This car is described as being changed from its original color of gray to to white with a red and white interior. With only 34,000 original miles it needed a minor restoration for $12,700.00. No location was given by its owner Marc (no last name given). UPDATE February 2016, former owner Marc Sagrillo says: I owned this '56 from April 1979 to January 1987. I bought it from a farmer in Joes, CO for $6,500, it was Colonial White with Black non-porthole top, red and white interior. I sold it to a guy from Dallas whose name I don't recall. I would like to know if it ever got restored. It was a rare Thunderbird Grey when built and was painted Fiesta Red by the dealer. The original owner never knew it was grey until I told her. The car was delivered and purchased new in Albuquerque, NM.
