I have just about completed a cosmetic and mechanical restoration and have kept it as original as possible with the exception of minor updates such as alternator and radio. <p> My Bird is very well equipped incl. soft and hard top, power steering/brakes/seat/windows, 312 V-8 w/ Dress up option, Windshield washers, Fordomatic transmission, Underdash air conditioning and fender skirts.<p> My only regret is the lack of information regarding the past life and adventures of this wonderful example of American automobilia.<p> This Thunderbird was sold new by Weiss Motor Company, 31 W. Mt. Royal, Baltimore, Maryland. It was invoiced on February 1, 1956, exactly 53 years after this record in the Registry was made.
