Thunderbird Spotter Bryan Fisk says that this 1956 Thunderbird was offered on eBay in June 2004. The description states " 1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible with no rust! This is a very beautiful dry California car with the Continental kit. The previous owner had it for the last 44 years and maintained it very well. It has always been garage kept and the body shows it! This T-Bird comes equipped with a 312 cu in V8 automatic that starts, idles and runs like a champ. It has 90,993 original miles. It has a new power brake system, power steering, air conditioning, power seat, and a Town and Country radio. The white convertible soft top is brand new or if you prefer, the latches are there for a hard top. The wheels are wire spoke and have brand new tires with only 20 miles on them. The body shows no indication of damage or bondo. The paint looks good and appears to be the original with minor chips. It could use a good buff and detail job. A new air cleaner was installed to spice it up but the original air cleaner is available and will go with the car. You will be very, very pleased with this classic legend! The title is clear and the tags are paid up to July 2005." As of June, 2004 it was in Bakersfield, California.
