Larry Blodgett says: I recently purchased a 1956 Thunderbird from a long-time friend who owned it since 1979, but has not driven it for nearly 30 years. The exterior was repainted at some point before 1979 and I believe the interior had been redone as well. I'm currently going over the whole car to make sure its safe and reliable to drive. My current plans are to get it running and driving, but ultimately repaint the entire car, but more than likely not it's original "Buckskin Tan" color.
