Barry Miller says:I took my 1956 Thunderbird to the Regionals in Omaha and Olympia this summer and it is now a CTCI 'gold medallion' winner in the '56 Senior Non-Original category.<p>
This project car was built by a firend of mine, from what should have been a 'parts car'. It really wasn't a 'restorable' T-Bird, and it took him over 4000 hours to complete. He did the design, body work (all metal), paint and total assembly by himself. I also own RN 20534 and RN 20610. + + + + UPDATE May 2012, Dennis Dole reports that this Thunderbird was sold in September 2011 at the Las Vegas Barrett-Jackson auction (Lot 361) for $77,000.
