This 1956 Thunderbird was offered for sale on eBay in Mesquite, Texas. It is Peacock Blue with a white vinyl covered porthole hard top and Peacock Blue and white interior. It has Fordomatic transmission, air conditioner, power steering, power brakes, power seat and both tops. It is reported that this Thunderbird was purchased in July 1956 by Eugene K. Sanger, a Dallas business owner. He owned the car until 1961 when he sold the car to his neighbor, Mrs. Martha Van Der Veen. She drove the car until 1971 when the car was parked. The current owner recently purchased the car from Mr. Van Der Veen. The car is currently not running.
