Jack Hefestay says: I purchased my 1956 Thunderbird in January 2013 from a dealer in Longmont, Colorado and received it on 15 February 2013 at my home in Kearneysville, West Virginia. I am working on getting the vehicle in tip-top shape. I have made numerous fixes and upgrades with the initial emphasis on making it roadworthy. My dream car and it represents my fourth and final (successful) attempt to purchase one of these classics from the mid-fifties.
