[former owner] Craig Kamansky says: My 1957 Thunderbir is an original California survivor car. It has 78,000 miles, is unrestored and in great shape. It is the rare Coral Sand with Colonial White top. It has a 292 cubio inch C-Code,which is rare. It has been in California its entire life; 1 owner in Southern California since 2008. The original owners had it in Central Valley until 2002, then the 3rd generation brought it to Southern California and traded it to a Ford dealership for a new SUV. It stayed in showroom for 6 years until it was offered for sale and I came along. It is a great running and looking car. UPDATE April 2013, Lee Bakakos notified the Registry that he has purchased this car from Mr. Kamansky. Lee says it is in excellent condition in its original Coral Sand paint. UPDATE January 2020, it is for sale in Fort Myers, Florida.
