I went to the local Ford Dealer who sold the car new, to arrange some minor mechanical work, and was surprised when he informed me that I needed a mechanic and they hired only "technicians". Consequently, we never saw the inside of the place. Subsequently, I found a reasonable/responsible "mechanic" from the old school who has adopted my lady.
I'm 67 and he is the second fellow to ever chew out for not changing the oil on time. My Dad was the first.
