Ronald Motsigner says: My 1957 Thunderbird is Torch Red with a white interior, both tops, wire wheels, and radial tires. The entire car has been completely restored - everything is new or rebuilt. The original 292 has been bored to 312 cubic inches with all-new pistons, valves, etc., It has dual 4-barrel carburetors and a 3-speed manual transmission. It has a new high-lift cam with ported heads and intake. The bottom is as shiny as the top. All chrome has been re-done, and the stainless steel has been re-polished. It has an all-new interior with sound and a heat mat installed throughout the car. Options include power steering, power seat, AM-FM radio with cassette.
I have owned it since 1979. It runs very smoothly and strong and is "drop dead gorgeous". The restoration was completed in 2004 with the addition of a handling package - which makes handle superbly.
