This 1957 Thunderbird was documented in the September-October 1995 issue of Early Bird magazine.The owner is shown as Richard Seidl of New Hyde Park, NY. Mr. Seidel states that he purchased the car with 59,000 miles in 1982 from the original owner. He also states that it was built on August 14, 1957 and was delivered to Scotch Plains, NJ. It has received a body off restoration and is light Gunmetal Gray with a white porthole hardtop and a red interior. It is equipped with the 3-speed manual transmission, soft top, tonneau cover, engine dress up kit and fender skirts. UPDATE September 2017, New York State DMV registration is current in Nassau County.
