This is a 1957 Thunderbird. It is Thunderbird Bronze (Q) with a Colonial White (E) hard top and a white interior (XK). It has Fordomatic. It was documented at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Phoenix, Arizona in January, 1998 when it was sold for $52,500. UPDATE June 2012, Dennis Dole reports it was offered for sale in the September-October 2006 edition of Early Bird magazine. A small photo of the car is shown on page 12. The car has received a four year restoration with NOS Ford original parts and scored 300 points at a CTCI international meet. Only 31.5 miles since the body-off restoration. Offered at $110,000 by Chuck (no last name provided) of southwest Pennsylvania (724 area code).
