This 1957 Thunderbird has a 312 V-8 engine, automatic transmission, power seats, Town & Country radio, tonneau cover, soft top and a hardtop with portholes. It also has a Hi-Way "Hi-Fi" underdash record player and a one-wheeled trailer called the Bird Nest that was made by Bird Products in Los Angeles from 1957 to 1959. As of May, 2004 it was for sale on ebay and located in Enumclaw, Washington. UPDATE October 2012, Jim Moe reports it was spotted in Memphis, Tennessee at a Thunderbird convention on August 24, 2012. The owner had original factory invoice showing car came with dual rear antennas….a very unusual factory option.
