D. R. says: Ford shipped my Starmist Blue '57 to Jack Roach Broadway, Inc. in Houston on April 25, 1957. She came with porthole hard top, PAW and windshield washer, Fordomatic drive, tinted glass, power steering, white side wall tires, radio, heater and defroster, back up lights, fender skirts and full wheel covers. The dealer had added power brake booster. I added soft top with swing bar and engine dress up kit. The interior is Starmist Blue and Dresden Blue. My sister found the Blue Bird at a dealership in Austin in 1958. When my sister was married, the car was handed down to me. The Blue Bird has always been a Texas car.
