This 1957 Thunderbird is red with a red interior, a red hard top, and a white interior. It has Fordomatic. It was sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2009. UPDATE May 2012, Dennis Dole reports it was sold at the 2012 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction (Lot 977) for $95,700. A professional Minter restoration with test miles only. The car has both tops, new white soft top, and matching red porthole hardtop. Ford-O-Matic automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes. It was a Southern California early 'Bird before the Minter restoration; from the Victor Gomez Collection. UPDATE January 2020 it was at Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale, Arizona.
