In June 2014 this 1957 Thunderbird was offered for sale on ebay and was located in North Andover, MA. It is white with a black soft top and a red interior. It is equipped with a Fordomatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, engine dress up kit and fender skirts. UPDATE December 2018, the Registry has a clipping from the August 4, 1962 newspaper in Owensboro, Kentucky that states this car was to be sold at public auction on April 10, 1962. Fordomatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, engine dress up kit, Holley 44150 or 4160 four barrel carb, fender skirts, back up lights, signal seek radio, heater, defroster and windshield washer. It rolled off the assembly Line 5/09/1957 at 11:44 am, was transferred via motor carrier to Fergus Ford Sales, 8064 Lincoln Avenue, Skokie Illinois. The original Ford gate release invoice paper came with the car. The exterior is dent free with rechromed bumpers. The interior is either well preserved or has new seat covers. The dash appears original. Many parts appear to be restored. The previous owner only put 489 miles on it in 8 years, either it was stored or just used for shows. The Thunderbird has been paraded, shown twice thus far in May and will be judged on June 10 in Richmond, Virginia. TIMELINE: 5/21/2015 Thunderbird was titled, registered in Medford, NJ with 15,923 actual miles. 3/02/2023 I purchased it from through eBay with 16,412 actual miles. The Thunderbird was shipped enclosed to Chester, Virginia from Orlando, Florida on 3/12/2023.
