This is a 1957 Thunderbird. It is Colonial White (E) with a Colonial White (E) hard top. It was scheduled for production on May 24, 1957 (24E) and ordered through the Washington, D.C. District Sales Office (DC). It was documented in Early Bird Magazine (March-April 1986) by its original owner Jack Ralph. He stated that it had power windows, power seat, power steering, power brakes, Fordomatic transmission, fender shields, and Town & Country radio. He said he paid $3,595 and bought it from Logan Motor Company which was on the northwest side of Washington, D.C. It had 2,000 miles on the odometer when he bought it because it was used as a demonstrator by the Ford dealer's wife. Mr. Ralph further stated that the factory invoice showed a dealer price of $3,366.04. Also see Registry Number 21489.
