Charles Wilmot says: My mother was the original owner of my 1957 Thunderbird. She received the car as a high school graduation present. My Grandfather picked my mother up at high school and told her he was taking her to lunch. In reality he was taking her to All Miami Motors to order the car. She was so surprised! When asked what color she wanted she said "baby blue, like the color of my eyes". The car was always a Miami Beach car and came from the factory without a heater.<p>
My sister and I grew up riding around in the car as it was an everyday family car for us. Now my family and children carry on the tradition of riding in the car.
