John says: I bought the car in 1977 from the 2nd owner in Yorba Linda, California. They told me they bought it from the a little old lady in Pasadena 4 years earlier (original owner) as an investment to buy a boat. I restored it in Santa Barbara in 1978 and again in 2002 back home in San Mateo, California after driving it over 100,000 miles. I was 22 years old when I bought it and was my daily driver.
