UPDATE December 2012, Arthur Ash III reports it was listed as sold by Left Coast Classics in Sonoma, California. It has a 312 V-8 engine with dress-up kit, Fordomatic transmission, manual windows, manual seat, fender shields and a hard top. (picture added)
