UPDATE, Dennis Dole reports In November 2014 this 1957 Thunderbird was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Southport, NC. It is gray with a red interior and is equipped with both tops (not shown), 5-speed manual transmission, power seat and wire wheels. (picture added). When this Thunderbird entered the Registry in 2002 it was in Douglaston, NY. Last known owner is on record. UPDATE June 2017, a newspaper advetisement was reported, that shows this 1957 Thunderbird was repossessed from Quality Auto Brokers, 240 Main Street, Madison, New Jersey by First Morris Bank. It was to be sold at auction on February 1, 1977. Note there is an extra character in the VIN, however the last-six numbers of the VIN identify it distinctly.
