Ed Eckles says: The car seems complete and original but needs a complete restoration. It is a porthole top. The entire car was repainted gold at some point in time. It is wearing California black plates front and rear "UPG676". The porthole glass has date codes of (round - "FOMOCO 9K AS2" and the rear reads (HERCULITE AS2 497) so we believe it is the original top to the car.
