This 1957 Thunderbird has a 312 V-8 engine with two 4-barrel carburetors, Fordomatic transmission, power windows, fender shields and a hardtop with portholes. It is currently owned by Tommy Hilfiger. As of August, 2005 it was for sale on ebay by Hunting Ridge Motorsports in Port Chester, New York. UPDATE Dennis Dole reports In March 2016 it was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Providence, UT. It is now pearl diamond white with a matching hardtop and a red interior. It has some performance enhancements such as, Engine: Rebuilt 312 cu inch Y block to develop 300 horsepower, Dual Quads, Edelbrock 500 cfm, bored .030 over, 10 to 1 forged pistons – plus 30, custom cam grind (.020 intake & .022 exhaust), Cylinder heads (installed hardened seats and bronze valve guides). High performance valve spring kit/custom machined push rods & lifters. Drive train – High performance 11” Weber clutch, four speed top loader transmission with Competition Plus shifter. Henderson Posi-Traction 4:11 rear end. Front disc brakes/dual action master cylinder, front and rear sway bars. HPC headers and 2-1/2 inch exhaust/Flowmaster mufflers. (picture updated)
