(Former owner) Sonny Seamans says: This 1957 E-code Thunderbird was purchased new from Sanderson Ford in Glendale, Arizona on 6/14/ 1957 and has been in Arizona since new. I purchased the car in 2014 after the prior owner did a mechanical restoration on it and ran low on funds (was going to law school) I restored the interior with new dash pad, carpets, seat covers, door panels, kick panels, hardtop headliner, and trunk mat, plus numerous other repairs to it. I am a member of the Arizona chapter of The Classic Thunderbird Club International and American Road Thunderbird Club. - - - Dennis Dole reports In August 2015 it was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Chandler, AZ. It is Colonial White with a matching hardtop and a medium blue/white blue interior. It is equipped with a Fordomatic transmission, engine dress up kit and fender skirts. UPDATE December 2015, Terfehr notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: This car was sold at Don Sanderson Ford in Glendale. It will continue to stay in Arizona. My plans are just to continue to freshen the car to the point where it is presentable at local car shows and dependable enough to drive in the Arizona sun. The car was only equipped with a factory hardtop. I have removed the hardtop, stored it in my garage and plan to leave the top off and drive it on the nice days.
