This 1957 Thunderbird was being offered by Barrett-Jackon in the June 26, 2004 auction at Los Angeles, California. It has 3-speed manual transmission and has been restored to "very good" driver condition. As of March 2010 it was for sale and located in Anaheim, California. UPDATE August 2012, Dennis Dole reports it was documented in the July-August 1998 issue of Early Bird. The car was offered for sale for $30,000 by the owner, Tom Fries, of Colorado. A picture of the car is provided in the ad on page 67. UPDATE September 2018, it was sold at auction by RM Sotheby's In Auburn, Indiana during Auburn Fall for $46,200. UPDATE November 2018 it is for sale in Scottsdale, Arizona.
