- - - - - - - Notes from the Thunderbird Registrar: This is a 1958 Thunderbird Hardtop. Its original color was a non-standard, special-order paint (DSO, for "domestic special order"). It has a Palomino and white vinyl interior (XL). It was scheduled for production on March 24, 1958 (24C). It has power steering. As of June, 2003 it was in Anaheim, California. UPDATE August 2018, it is for sale in Oakdale, California. The interior is greatly deteriorated and the engine is seized. It has California license plates ARF 338. The owner name listed was on record at the Registry in June, 2003. (picture updated)
