This Thunderbird was documented in November, 1999 by the owner Joseph Cooper of Tehachapi, California with these facts: The original owners were E. N. and Buelah Strobel of Ventura, California. She is alive at the age of 92 and verified that she was the first owner. In 1963 its California license plates were IVC 648. As of January, 2003 its status was unknown. UPDATE April 2017 Vinnie Apicella notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He is the third owner, having purchased it from Joe Cooper on April 20, 2017. It has 39,000 miles. It had been stored for 39 years by the wife of the original owner. (picture added) UPDATE December 2021, classic.com says it was sold on April 23, 2020 in Lompoc, California.
