Roland Young says: Our 1958 Thunderbird Hardtop was given to my wife buy her dad five years ago he bought it from a friend about five years before that. The car was a trailer queen until we got it. She was redone 1979, has a 390 engine in with tripower and some extra chrome on it. We put new wire wheels and tires on her. We go to some shows but just enjoy driving her and watching the people look and give us the thumbs up. - - - - This registration was originally made by Jed Zimmerman of the VTCI: This is a 1958 Thunderbird Hardtop. It is Casino Cream (V) with black cloth and vinyl interior (XC). It was scheduled for production on September 8, 1958 (08J). When it was documented in April, 2000 it was reported that it had a 390 cubic inch V-8 engine with 3-2V carburetors.
