This is a 1959 Thunderbird Hardtop. Many of its mechanical components have been removed. The owner describes it as a "restoration project car". Its 352 V-8 engine has been bored. As of February, 2004 it was located in Hartford, South Dakota. Hans van Oorspronk says that as of September 2004 the car is for sale on eBay and located in Jasper, Minnesota. The engine is back in the car, and the engine compartment looks to be restored. It is painted in primer, topcoat needs to be applied. Mechanical work is done; it has rebuilt transmission, new brakes and lines, new battery and new exhausts. It can be test driven. UPDATE September 2017, New York State DMV registration is current in Brentwood, Suffolk County.
