Stsand59 says: This Thunderbird was a one-owner car when I found it sitting in a back yard, it had been setting there since 1969. The owner had bought it new in 1959 in Denver, Colorado. When he passed in 1969 the wife parked it in the back until she passed in 2012. Their son sold it to me. It was 100 % complete, but 40 years of sitting in the open had taken its toll. Since 2012 I have been restoring it, all orginal paint body, engine and transmission rebuild, and interior. The body and drive train are done so far.
