In September 2016 this 1959 Thunderbird hardtop was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The data plate color U is that of Cordovan, and the trim code 2Y is for tan leather, it seems likely that the data plate on this car was not originally on it. The interior appears to be original red and white vinyl, and there are signs on the body that indicate the car was originally red.
