Juan Tejeda says: I purchased this 1959 Thunderbird Hardtop from the previous owner in Prescott, Arizona about two years ago. The car is an original California car that went through a complete restoration about 10 years ago in Prescott and is great shape. The interior is a non-original, 60's era style restoration with Button Tuck in matching dark and light colored Velour and light green short shag carpet. Dark carpet is used in the trunk, wheel wells and as dress-up in the engine compartment. The car is a mint green with gold highlights on the grill, valve covers as well as the custom oil pan. It has spoked wheels, and has been equipped with a 390 V-8 with dual quad Holly 750's and is all tricked out with a Shelby style dress-up kit for the valve covers and oil pan. Everything works including the original radio (converted to digital) and now has a 50's vintage 45 rpm record player. The clock has been restored and even the original, vacuum type, windshield wipers work, a little slow, but they do work!
