Todd says: I purchased my 1959 Thunderbird late 2011 from the original family who were located in New York. I bought it from the nephew of the gentleman that purchased the car new in 1959 (papers received). It is a "survivor" car, all original, with just over 120K miles. The car is garage stored here in Ohio. I plan to slowly made subtle modifications mechanically as well as restore the exterior where needed due to normal use over the years. The overall condition of the car in my opinion is 7 out of 10.
