Jack Bardsley says: This 1959 Thunderbird Convertible has the factory continental kit. It is in the final phase of a high quality restoration. The color has been changed to Colonial white and the interior has been changed to dark blue bolsters and light blue seat inserts along with lower door panel, kick panels and quarter panels in light blue. The convertible top has been changed to a dark blue and the convertible top metal frame was painted to match the bolsters. The wheel covers have the Sunburst medallions on them and the tires are Coker wide white wall radial tires. The engine and engine compartment have been detailed to concours quality and the transmission was completely rebuilt and detailed. All new exhaust, brake lines and floor boards were installed as well. A tinted windshield from my parts car was installed and all of the original rubber hoses for the windshield washer and washer switch to washer pump was installed also.
