Former owner #1 Douglas Walt says: I bought this 1959 Thunderbird Convertible from Richard Homer Ladd's estate in Placerville, Calif and restored it in Houston, Texas. All has been kept original except the seat covers and upolstery This has been rebuilt from the ground up ,all moving parts have either been replaced or overhauled. I have registered it here in Australia and cruise in it every week. I also have a 1957 and 1963 Thunderbird. It is still in very good condition and just requiring minor jobs to complete a roadworthy before use. It will be getting driven regularly and plan to be handed down to my daughters one day.
