This is a 1960 Thunderbird Hardtop. It is Diamond Blue (N) with a black vinyl and medium gray cloth interior (76). It was scheduled for production on February 24, 1960 (24B). It has Cruise-O-Matic transmission (4) and a 2.91 rear axle ratio (8). Note that the dealer stock card which follows indicates a "DSO" (domestic special order) of Equa-Lock rear axle, however the axle code indicated (8) applies to a non-locking axle. This Thunderbird was sold new by the Rozum Motor Company of Mitchell, South Dakota, and it was entered into their inventory on February 24, 1960 - indicating that it was produced some days ahead of its scheduled build date. This Thunderbird's first retail owner was Harold Coin of 903 West Birch, Mitchell. He took delivery on February 25, 1960 and traded in a 1959 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop. The present status of RN 3054 is unknown.
