Randy says: My 1960, 430 M.E.L. / automatic T-Bird was once owned by James H. Cobb. He was an accomplished author from Tacoma, Washington, his best selling book being "West on 66". He named the car Lisette after a character from that book. James drove Lisette across the country, including 3 trips down Route 66, promoting his books and giving away copies. I received 20 copies of "West on 66" when I purchased the car from his good friend Jeff in Puyallup, Washington on January 4, 2019. She is 95% original including the Raven Black paint and has never been in an accident. I have the congratulations letter sent to the original owner, Charles D. Hafer, from Howard Motor Co. in Seattle, Washington. I also have the build/option sheet that includes Power Steering/Brakes and AM Radio. James treasured Lisette so much so that she is etched in his headstone in Idaho.
