Franco DeMarinis says: I am slowly going through my 1960 Thunderbird Hardtop to make it a reliable family Sunday driver. I need to redo the bucket seats (bottoms) and repair the original radio to finish the interior. The exterior is very straight, but, in dire need of a paint job. I'm not thrilled with the brakes, so I am researching a front disc brake conversion. I found a note in the glovebox stating that the car was restored by Towne Ford in Redwood City, unfortunately it does not state the year of the restoration, nor, what was done. I look forward to the day I repaint it, because it is such a beautiful color. (May 18, 2004)
