Joe Marino says: I purchased this 1960 Thunderbird Sunroof model in 1987 and did a frame up body restoration in 1989. The color was changed from the original Gunmetal Grey (Y) to Monte Carlo Red with a Corinthian White top (JM). All exterior chrome was redone and I added a Continental kit along with the exterior and engine chrome options. It still retains the original engine, transmission, and rear end along with the complete red leather interior. We have been fortunate in receiving many 1st place honors in local car and T-Bird events. We were invited to the pretigous Eyes on the Classic Design held at the Edsel and Elenaor Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. My wife Pat and I are members of the Water Wonderland T-Bird club.
