March 2011: This 1960 Thunderbird Sun Roof Hardtop was for sale in Escondido, California. The wind bar has been removed. It has Cruise-O-Matic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power seat, and power windows. UPDATE May 2012, Dennis Dole reports this Thunderbird was sold at the B-J Auction in June 2011, as lot #60. UPDATE August 2014, it is for sale at Courtesy Lotus in Henderson, Nevada. As of March 2017 its status was unchanged. UPDATE May 2022, Julie Broome notified the Registry that she owns this Thunderbird. She says she bought it in March 2020 at Coyote Classics in Greene, Iowa. It runs and drives great.
