Rick Thompson says: I bought this car at the used car lot at Tamaroff Buick in Southfield, Michigan. The salesman said it was owned by someone in the dealer's family who had passed away and he was tasked with liquidating it. It had a white exterior, red and white interior, very little rust, evidence of a significant hit in the driver's side rear, a piece of 2x4 strapped to the brake pedal, mouse skeletons behind the trunk panels , a big hole in the headliner above the passenger sun visor and about 48,000 miles on the odometer. I have replaced the engine,transmission and radiator. There are disc brakes in front with a 2 circuit master cylinder. The power assist steering system has been removed and replaced with a modern system. The generator has been replaced with an alternator and a Painless Wiring harness. New paint is metallic red. Interior is not yet done. - - - - - UPDATE Januaruy 2015 Rick says: Mostly done! Just little things left. Ran a 12.559@111mph at Milan Dragway over the summer (2014).
