This 1960 Thunderbird Hardtop was sold new by Varney Motors in Worland, Wyoming on August 26, 1960. The original owner was Peter King who lived on Lucerne Rd. in Thermopolis, Wyoming. It does not have any power assists. Options on the window sticker are backup lights, tinted glass, white wall tires, Cruise-O-Matic transmission, radio, and two tone paint. The sticker price was $4,449.10. It was for sale in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and now has 1960-correct-style turquoise vinyl upholstery. In 2016 it was sold at the American Car Collector Auction, reported by Cody Burch in October 2017.
