Lottie says: This car has an interesting history. The previous owner installed a 1971 or 1972 Lincoln 460 engine and transmission; he wasn't sure of the year. The previous Lincoln owner was a politician in Phoenix, Arizona. Someone put a bomb under his car and blew him and the car up. The previous owner bought and installed that engine and transmission as a unit. It had only 10,000 miles on it at that time. He then installed Cobra Jet heads (DOOE-R) and an Offenhouser manifold with a Edelbrock carb. The carb has to go away. It has 18,000 miles on it now. He also painted the car 1960 Thunderbird white. We installed spoke wheels from our 1962 Thunderbird Convertible.
