This is a 1960 Thunderbird Convertible in Palm Springs Rose (V) with a black leather interior (86). It was scheduled for production on June 13, 1960. It has Cruise-O-Matic Drive (4) and a 2.91:1 rear axle ratio (8). This Thunderbird was sold new by the Rozum Motor Company in Mitchell, South Dakota. This Thunderbird's first retail owner was G. H. Lindekugel and Sons, of Mitchell. They took delivery on June 21, 1960 and traded in a 1959 Thunderbird. This Thunderbird, in Palm Springs Rose, should be regarded as having a color that was unusual to see even in 1960. In addition, it was very well equipped. The only item of optional equipment that it did not have was the Heavy Duty Battery which cost $7.60 extra.
