Bob Lagree says: I bought this car at Carlisle in the Fall of 1997. The previous owner was from Pennsylvania and the car belonged to his grandfather before he took it over. # The body is in great shape--no rust. I have a '62 hood on it at the present time, but I have the original '61 hood that I haven't restored yet. The top of the '61 hood is in pretty good shape, but there is a little rust underneath. The motor has been completely rebuilt and has only about 5,000 miles on it. The speedometer has 71,000 original miles on it. Last year, I put all new tires (wide white walls). The gas lines, brake lines and brakes are all new. The floor boards are all original and in excellent shape. The front and rear bumpers were all re-chromed a few years ago. The exhaust system is brand new. The car is all original and all numbers match. All mouldings are very good.
