This car was sold new by the Rozum Motor Company of Mitchell, South Dakota and was used by Mrs. Rozum, wife of the dealership owner. Its first retail owner was Leonard E. Smith, of Mitchell who bought it on October 28, 1961, trading in a 1959 Mercury Monterey.
