The seller states that the convertible top does not operate but can be lowered and raised manually. (picture added, codes added) UPDATE October 2020, the owner Joe notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: I purchased this car in July of 2020. I have not registered it with the DMV yet as I do not want to deal with the title and sales tax yet. The car needs some work. I need to fix the transmission as it was converted to a center console shifter instead of an on the column shifter. The car has an oil leak somewhere that I have not had time to find yet. Also a coolant leak. Actually, today, Monday, October 26th, I had the car towed via flat bed to my mechanic to correct the tranny and the coolant and oil leak.
