This 1961 Thunderbird convertible sold at the RM Jerry Capizzi's Cappy Collection Auction (Lot #338) for $44,000 in November 2006. It is white with a red vinyl interior. During its tenure with the Cappy Collection the Thunderbird was restored. In the late 1980s, the Thunderbird competed in two AACA events, receiving a 1st Place Junior and its Senior status as well. Options and accessories on this car include: SelectAire Conditioner, dual outside mirrors, tinted glass, fender skirt shields, power windows, power driver seat, and radio; it also has a tonneau cover.
